Low Carb Cinnamon Cheesecake Dip

What's better than a cheesecake and a cheese dip? A low carb cinnamon cheesecake dip! It's like finding a unicorn holding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.

Here's the delicious keto recipe from Hey Keto Mama


  • 4 tbsp Natural Sweetener like (Zensweet)
  • 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Your favorite Keto Kookies

  1. Soften Cream Cheese to make sure there won't be any lumps in your dip
  2. Mix Cream Cheese and Sour Cream in a large bowl
  3. Add vanilla
  4. Mix in Sweetener gradually and taste as you go. By this point you basically have a delicious vanilla cheesecake dip, but you can choose how sweet you'd like it to be.
  5. Add cinnamon carefully.
  6. Dip your Keto Kookies and smile.
